Forgotten account number

If you can’t remember your account number, you can:

  • Check your welcome email from Avon
  • Contact your Sales Leader or you can call Avon customer service at 0333 234567812 for help with your password.

Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgotten your password” link on the login page

Checking the account status

  • If you have been inactive for 3+ campaigns: You can reactivate it by logging in and placing an order
  • If you haven’t used your account for over 12 months, it will be closed. You will need to create a new representative account.

Faq’s regarding access to the Avon rep account.

To log in with us, representatives can access this link or go to Shop With My Rep and select the “Representative Login/Register” button at the top of the page.

Avon Representative will need to enter their account number along with their password.

Let’s say an Avon representative can not find her account number. The rep should try looking in the welcome email she received when she joined Avon or contact her Avon Sales Leader. Anyone who can not find her after that can call Avon on 0333 2345678, as this number is also well-manned.

If an Avon representative has forgotten their password, they can reset it on the login page.

Suppose your account has been lost, and you have not made any purchases for over a year. In this case, your account has probably been cancelled due to inactivity. In this case, you will need to create a new account and join Avon again.
